Monika’s way of teaching
„I - if possible - move on the premises with my trainees and discuss daily business as well as any problems or tasks arising from their duties. On the other hand the participants of my trainings are always cordially invited to discuss any questions coming up during their practical use of the English language. The trainings include strategic exercise as well as standard situations so that the newly gained knowledge can be implemented easily in daily business. I have to admit that my trainings are spiritually inspired. As I can read the gestures and facial expressions of the trainees it is easy for me to find out if my explanations or the words I use are clear to them and if they are well understood. This special support helps me to apply accordingly and ensures a good feeling for everyone. Due to this fact of a relaxed state of mind learning becomes easier and I am usually very proud of the progress I recognize. Long story short: I as well provide mental support during the trainings which makes my lessons one of a kind.“
